The above graph indicates a decline in real estate property sales in Southern Tasmania, measured over the last three years. The number of properties that were sold by the real estate agents in Southern Tasmania in: August 2006 = 450 August 2007 = 543 August 2008 = 353. Almost 200 less properties over a one year period.
