All viewings of properties for lease are done by appointment only.

We do not hand out keys for potential tenants to look unsupervised, instead we personally accompanyall potential tenants, which ensures the utmost security and helps us to sell the best features of your property to the best tenant and solve any problems on the spot. We can also offer an “open to view” inspection on a Saturday to help maximise the exposure of your property.

PMM has a comprehensive and continually updated database of tenants waiting for available rental properties. If those we have available do not suit a specific tenant profile, we will advertise to ensure that we get the right tenant for the right property. All tenants are carefully interviewed and screened.
