14 days notice must be given in writing or in the form of this email as per the Tenancy Legislation. If you are vacating, failure to do so may cost 2 weeks rent.

Note: Under the Residential Tenancy Act, keys must be returned by 2.00pm the day of vacating otherwise rent will be incurred for each day until their return.

Note: Early Termination (breaking your lease) will incur our costs for re-letting the premises as per clause 12 of your Residential Tenancy Lease
