Stefanie joined our sales team in August 2001, and soon became one of PMM's top sales women. After two and a half years as a property consultant she left the industry to persue other interest, but soon returned in May 2005, taking on the role of PMM's Senior Consultant. Stefanies enthusiasm, warmth and helpful personality ensures that the clients she deals with will receive the highest level of care.

Stefanie always undertakes a professional approach and offers feedback and support to reach a successful solution, whether it be buying, selling or in property management.

Samantha has lived on the eastern shore for most of her life and from this she has developed an affinity for the eastern shore suburbs. She has also lived, worked and studied on the western shore and has a well rounded knowledge of areas throughout Southern Tasmania.

Samantha's previous experience in hospitality has allowed her to gain a strong background in customer service. She is confident that she can provide you, your family and friends with the professional personal service that you deserve.

Samantha's time at the University of Tasmania has equipped her with a strong knowledge of Marketing and Business practices which she is keen to apply in real estate to tailor a customer service package designed to fulfil client needs.

Samantha finds that listening is a vital step in her effort to provide a customer-focused service, she endeavours to know what things are most important to you, her client.

Sam has spent the last 10 years in IT retail achieving exceptional results, always putting the customer first and doing whatever was necessary to achieve “The best Deal”, a change was needed and he has now decided to put his fantastic negotiating skills to work in the Real Estate industry. Great communication and a winning personality along with exceptional customer service are things that Sam prides himself on.

Spanning his years Sam has lived in the eastern, Western and northern suburbs, which ensures that he has an exceptional overview of greater Hobart.

His main goal is to achieve the highest price he can for his Vendors in the smallest amount of time. He prides himself on keeping his customers “in the loop” at all times.

Michelle has lived on the Eastern Shore most of her life, from this she has developed an affinity for the eastern suburbs and wonderful beaches. She is passionate about the lifestyle Tasmania can offer to families, and wants to promote this to all.

Michelle's vast experience in hospitality and administration has allowed her to gain a strong background in customer service. With hard work and determination she has built a reputation of integrity and honesty.

Michelle has had a long involvement in sport as a coach, umpire and administrator, holding life memberships in two organizations. This has made her aware of how vital it is to listen to people's needs and wants, when making life changing decisions.  She has the confidence to ensure she will deliver positive outcomes for all her clients and looks forward to a successful career in the real estate industry.

Emily joined the PMM team in early 2006 after 18 months employment in Property Management with a international Real Estate company. Emily has a first hand appreciation of the needs of property owners, being an investor herself and is keen to further build her own investment portfolio throughout Tasmania.

Prior to entering into real estate Emily was employed in the medical industry for 9 years. Through experience with a wide variety of people from all walks of life Emily has developed excellent problem solving and communication skills which she utilizes to an exceptional high standard in her position as Property Portfolio Manager.

She truly enjoys her position as Senior Property Portfolio Manager and looks forward to assisting you with your entire Property Management requirements.

Jessica joined the PMM team in December 2009 after 6 years working as a Legal Secretary in Hobart. Her keen interest in the property market and pursuit of a challenging career prompted the change in scenery, and she has a determination to become one of the most reputable Property Managers in Southern Tasmania.

After purchasing her first home at a young age, Jessica is keen to re-enter the Real Estate market and build her own portfolio. Through years of personal experience she has acquired extensive people skills and knowledge, and believes that she can offer you a service of the highest standard.

At only 17, Kimberly was already approaching real estate companies, one of which being PMM, looking for an opportunity to gain employment within the industry.

Since then, she has worked in two very different administration and reception positions, building qualities such as very high standards of customer service, excellent communication skills, as well as building trusting relationships with clients.

Kimberly prides herself on her persistence to achieve her goals, her client focused service, and her honest and reliable nature.

She has worked as a Property Consultant for over a year, helping manage and sell homes but has now moved into Property Management.
